The first day real property valuation protests can be filed with the Douglas County Board of Equalization (BOE).

June 1, 2020

The first day the Board of Equalization (BOE) is open to the public.

June 30, 2020

The last day real property valuation protests can be filed with the BOE.

August 10, 2020

On or before August 10, 2020, the BOE will determine final 2020 property valuations for all real property valuation protests that were reviewed by the BOE and its referees.

September 10, 2020
